What you will do

• Lead and coach TPM teams to develop problem statements and hypotheses for complex products across divisional boundaries.
• Drive change management and process improvements to align customer needs and market opportunities with company strategy.
• Orchestrate large-scale cross-functional projects, coordinating between Engineering, Marketing, and Design.
• Define program goals, prioritization, and success metrics (OKRs/KPIs) based on data insights.
• Manage end-to-end project schedules and proactively identify and mitigate risks.
• Establish governance programs to ensure quality, compliance, privacy, and security standards.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in engineering, technical program management, data analysis, or product development.
• 5+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• 10+ years of experience in technical program management or engineering.
• 3+ years of people management experience.
• 4+ years of experience designing, building, or supporting software systems.
