Salary: $156,800 – $294,000 (depending on geographic tier)

What you will do
- Run the cross-vertical operating cadence for Chemical Simulation, including weekly stand-ups, monthly business reviews, and quarterly reporting.
- Own the source of truth for milestones, dependencies, and risks across seven Programmatic Areas, driving corrective actions with leadership.
- Serve as the primary operational interface to government counterparts, translating technical progress into compliance-grade narratives.
- Coordinate execution across Vertical Leads, Platform Engineering, Product, BD, Finance, and Legal/Compliance teams.
- Design and operationalize the program management toolkit, including dashboards, resourcing models, and reporting templates.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience managing complex technical programs in regulated, high-stakes environments (federal contracts, defense, or enterprise R&D).
- Demonstrated experience with U.S. Government program requirements, milestone reporting, and compliance documentation.
- Strong technical literacy in AI, scientific computing, or materials/chemistry programs.
- Exceptional executive-level communication skills for translating technical details to non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (engineering, computer science, physical sciences, or related).
- Must be a US Person (Permanent Resident or Citizen).
Nice to have
- Direct experience executing CHIPS Act, BAA, OTA, or similar federally funded R&D programs.
- Familiarity with materials science, semiconductor manufacturing, or computational chemistry.
- Experience establishing the operating system for a new Business Unit in a high-growth company.
- PMP or PgMP program management certification.
