What you will do

• Lead cross-functional initiatives for new infrastructure integration, establishing clear ownership and communication.
• Partner with engineering teams to identify optimization opportunities and track performance metrics.
• Drive end-to-end readiness for model and feature launches across multiple hardware platforms.
• Own and prioritize the inference deployment roadmap, managing dependencies with engineering leadership.
• Build strong relationships across research, engineering, and product teams to ensure alignment.
• Identify inefficiencies in workflows and drive systematic improvements, tracking infrastructure health.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in technical program management, preferably in ML/AI or large-scale distributed systems.
• Deep technical understanding of inference systems, compilers, or hardware accelerators.
• Ability to create structure and processes in ambiguous environments.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with both technical and non-technical partners.
• Comfortable navigating competing priorities and using data for technical decisions.
• Experience with infrastructure scaling initiatives, hardware integrations, or deployment governance.
• Work from San Francisco, CA or Seattle, WA, with 25% office attendance required.
• English: B2 required.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
