What you will do

• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across Operations, Strategy, Development, Security, and other functions.
• Support end-to-end planning and execution of large-scale feature launches, including stakeholder alignment, logistics, Hypercare, and post-launch follow-through.
• Maintain proactive communication on task status, deadlines, risks, blockers, and recommendations.
• Plan and document cross-functional meetings, distributing decisions, action items, and discussion points.
• Support change management through training materials, workshops, and rollout adoption.
• Build and maintain reporting workflows across project management and workforce management platforms.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in operations, project coordination, program management, or a related function.
• Exceptional organization, attention to detail, follow-through, and ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Strong written and verbal communication, active listening, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfort interpreting data, contributing structured inputs, and building reporting views.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, and Atlassian Confluence and Jira.
• Legal right to work in the United States without company sponsorship is required.

• Experience with Figma and data visualization tools.
• Experience supporting trainings, workshops, or product rollouts.
