Salary: $108,715 - $150,500 USD (depending on zone)

What you will do

• Drive cross-team execution from scoping through launch across Product, Engineering, Design, and Data.
• Develop and maintain project plans, map dependencies, and track risks to ensure predictable timelines.
• Convert vague business and clinical requests into actionable technical requirements.
• Manage Product & Tech operating rhythms, including quarterly planning, goal setting, and roadmap reviews.
• Optimize communication channels and feedback loops between technical teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Administer operational tooling and dashboards to provide organizational visibility and track initiative performance.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• 3+ years of experience in program management, project management, or operations in complex environments.
• Strong fundamentals in planning, sequencing, milestone tracking, and risk management.
• Ability to design repeatable processes, playbooks, and templates.
• Comfortable with technical concepts including product development lifecycles, APIs, and data integrations.

• Experience in digital health or health-related product services.
• Experience working in high-growth startups.
• Proficiency with tools like Jira, Linear, Confluence, or Notion.
