Salary: $95,000–$110,000 annually

What you will do
- Serve as the central point of contact for assigned Project Directors, providing proactive support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate across internal departments including Finance, Operations, Development, and Legal to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Lead partnership strategies and manage the pipeline for recruiting new projects into the portfolio.
- Establish and manage project Advisory Committees to ensure strong governance and strategic oversight.
- Analyze portfolio trends and develop standardized processes to improve organizational scalability and service delivery.
- Develop subject matter expertise in a strategic functional area to benefit the broader portfolio.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in nonprofit management, public administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory, team leadership, or cross-functional coordination role.
- Demonstrated experience managing standardized data collection processes and KPI trackers.
- Experience supporting program budgets, grant reporting, and compliance processes.
- Strong data literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite, including building dashboards and pivot tables.
- Must be able to attend occasional in-person meetings at the office as needed.
Nice to have
- Experience with AmeriCorps, national service programs, or similar highly regulated grant-funded initiatives.
- Experience working with community-based organizations and diverse populations.
