Program Manager (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Lead strategic programs across product development, revenue cycle management, laboratory improvements, and digital platforms.
• Partner with product, clinical, laboratory, informatics, engineering, regulatory, and quality leaders to define objectives and success metrics.
• Establish program timelines, milestones, budgets, governance, dashboards, and reporting structures.
• Facilitate steering committee and stakeholder meetings, communicating progress, risks, and decisions to executive leadership.
• Manage dependencies, resources, risks, and issue escalation across multiple workstreams.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews and mentor project teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, health administration, business, engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of program or project management experience, including at least 3 years in healthcare, biotechnology, or diagnostic laboratory settings.
• Experience managing large-scale, cross-functional programs involving complex systems integration and business process transformation.
• Strong understanding of laboratory workflows, clinical testing processes, and healthcare regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft tools.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

Nice to have

• Experience in diagnostics, genomics, or molecular testing environments.
• Experience leading enterprise software implementations, ERP consolidations, or master data management initiatives.
• PMP, PgMP, SAFe Agilist, or equivalent certification.
• Experience supporting product development or commercialization of clinical laboratory tests.
