What you will do

• Troubleshoot, repair, operate, and maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other critical building systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, deficiency reporting, and accurate equipment documentation.
• Manage service contractors during routine maintenance and emergency repairs.
• Respond to urgent tenant requests, system outages, severe weather events, and on-call emergencies.
• Collaborate with tenants, contractors, property managers, and senior engineers to ensure reliable building operations.
• Guide junior technicians while developing advanced proficiency in building automation and life-safety systems.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of related experience or equivalent certification and trade experience.
• Required engineering and trade licenses according to applicable local, state, or national regulations.
• Advanced HVAC and building automation systems proficiency; familiarity with fire alarm and life-safety systems.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Outlook, mobile applications, and work-order systems.
• Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform stooping, crouching, and kneeling.
• Current United States work authorization is required; visa sponsorship is not available.
