What you will do

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and hydraulic systems.
• Repair and replace building fixtures, appliances, plumbing components, and electrical components.
• Apply HVAC distribution and controls knowledge to resolve work orders and corrective maintenance needs.
• Participate in water treatment programs and maintain equipment, chemical consumption, and plant operation logs.
• Support fire alarm and life-safety systems while following property procedures and safety standards.
• Provide concierge-style service to internal and external partners and participate in required training.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in commercial building operations, property management, or a related field preferred.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and hydraulic system operation and components.
• Ability to use power tools, read equipment instructions, perform basic calculations, and communicate effectively.
• High school diploma, GED, or trade school diploma preferred.
• EPA Universal Certification must be obtained within 90 days of employment.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs., climb stairs and ladders, access confined spaces, and work indoors and outdoors.
