What you will do

• Perform preventative maintenance and corrective repairs across building systems, equipment, vehicles, grounds, and related facilities.
• Inspect HVAC, fire alarms, plumbing, electrical systems, and building automation equipment to verify safe and effective operation.
• Provide concierge-style service to tenants, internal teams, and external partners.
• Operate manual and power tools, diagnostic instruments, and standard building operations equipment.
• Coordinate contract services such as landscaping, snow removal, HVAC, plumbing, and cleaning.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations, permits, safety requirements, and company directives.

Requirements

• Approximately three years of experience in commercial building operations, property management, or a related field preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building automation systems.
• High school diploma, GED, or trade school diploma required.
• EPA Universal Certification required within 90 days of employment.
• Reliable transportation, ability to read plans and prints, and familiarity with multimeters, amp probes, anemometers, pressure gauges, drain augers, and similar tools.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds, climb stairs and ladders, work in confined spaces, and perform varied physical tasks.
