What you will do

• Lead and supervise engineering teams, including scheduling, training, and personnel development.
• Manage annual budget processes and develop specifications for maintenance and repair service contracts.
• Oversee construction, tenant improvements, and capital projects.
• Ensure full compliance with OSHA safety requirements and company Standard Operating Procedures.
• Perform and optimize preventive maintenance for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Implement energy-saving and sustainability measures directed by the company and clients.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Commercial Building Operations, Property Management, or a related industry.
• Expert knowledge of commercial base building mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire, and life safety systems.
• EPA Universal Certification required within 90 days of employment.
• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and access confined spaces.
• Must be able to work onsite in Austin, TX.
