Salary: $120,000–$165,000 per year.

What you will do

• Manage and maintain Windows, Linux, and Unix server environments.
• Administer AWS, Azure, O365, VMware, and containerization environments.
• Operate and troubleshoot Cisco, Arista, and Meraki networking, wireless controllers, firewalls, routing, and monitoring systems.
• Lead network-related incident resolution, meet SLAs, and escalate issues when required.
• Support backup and disaster recovery solutions including Rubrik and Zerto.
• Create network documentation and provide game-day infrastructure support for major events and holidays.

Requirements

• Strong experience in NOC operations and complex, multisite infrastructure environments.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco Nexus, Arista, Meraki, Cisco Wireless Controllers, firewalls, routing protocols, and SolarWinds.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, O365, VMware, virtualization, and containerization technologies.
• Experience using ServiceNow for ticketing and incident management.
• Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and familiarity with automation and scripting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent hands-on experience; CCNA, CCNP, ITIL, or server/cloud certifications are preferred.

Nice to have

• Python, PowerShell, or Bash scripting for infrastructure automation.
• Kubernetes, Docker, SIEM, endpoint protection, and cloud networking experience.
• Infrastructure capacity planning, performance tuning, video streaming, and CDN experience.
