TL;DR

IT Operations Engineer (Networking): Supporting enterprise data centers and network infrastructure for mission-critical game-day operations with an accent on server administration, cloud platforms, virtualization, monitoring, and incident management. Focus on troubleshooting multisite environments, maintaining high availability across on-premise and cloud systems, and supporting weekend and holiday second-shift operations.

Location: Onsite in Mt Laurel, New Jersey, United States. Second shift from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM, Friday through Tuesday, including weekends and holidays.

Base salary: $120,000–$165,000 per year.

What you will do

Manage Windows, Linux, and Unix server environments in complex, multisite infrastructure.
Administer AWS, Azure, O365, VMware, virtualization, and containerization platforms.
Monitor network and infrastructure performance using SolarWinds, DataDog, and related tools.
Lead network-related incident resolution, escalation, and SLA compliance.
Support secure networking, backup and disaster recovery solutions, including Rubrik and Zerto.
Create and maintain network topology documentation, operating procedures, and troubleshooting guides.

Requirements

Strong experience with Cisco Nexus, Arista, Meraki switches, Cisco wireless controllers, firewalls, routing protocols, and ServiceNow.
Hands-on experience in NOC operations, cloud platforms, virtualization, and containerization.
Experience supporting backup and disaster recovery solutions such as Rubrik and Zerto.
Ability to troubleshoot network and server issues, adapt to changing priorities, and provide game-day support on major holidays.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent hands-on experience.
CCNA, CCNP, ITIL, server, or cloud certifications are preferred.

Nice to have

Python, PowerShell, or Bash scripting for automation.
Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, SIEM platforms, endpoint protection, and cloud networking.
Experience with data center network troubleshooting, infrastructure capacity planning, performance tuning, video streaming technologies, or CDNs.
