Campus Relations Manager, Technology

Location: Hybrid schedule at the Toronto office at 483 Bay Street, moving to the Mississauga office at 3 Robert Speck Parkway around 2026. Current work authorization in Canada is required. Travel to schools across Canada is required.

Salary: CAD 105,000–123,000 in total annual cash compensation, including base salary and target performance bonus.

What you will do

• Recruit, select, interview, and onboard student hires in partnership with talent acquisition coordinators.
• Build and maintain relationships with universities and colleges across Canada.
• Organize and present at campus events, career fairs, presentations, and student webcasts.
• Develop specialized student recruiting programs aligned with business and technology hiring needs.
• Partner with schools and Digital Marketing on campus activities and social media campaigns.
• Define success criteria, maintain reporting, and identify new opportunities to expand campus presence.

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years of experience as a recruiter or campus recruiter in a corporate environment, focused on technology roles.
• Current authorization to work in Canada.
• Ability to travel to schools across Canada for events.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, including in large-audience settings.
• Excellent organization, prioritization, relationship-building, and multitasking skills.
