Location: Remote, field-based role covering the Houston East territory in Texas, including the Houston Medical Center, Beaumont, and League City. Travel of at least 80% within the assigned territory is required. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States; visa sponsorship is unavailable.
Salary: $101,000–$123,000 base pay annually, plus target earning potential of $126,000–$148,000 annually.

What you will do
- Provide clinical and sales support for Tandem diabetes products and services across the assigned territory.
- Educate patients, physicians, healthcare staff, and pump trainers on diabetes technology, product use, and automated insulin delivery.
- Partner with the Territory Manager to develop sales strategies, generate leads, and achieve territory goals.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare providers and support clinical product acceptance.
- Coordinate pump trainer certification and recertification, customer training, and post-sale education.
- Maintain CRM records, territory call cycles, documentation, and compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- RN, preferably BSN, RD, RPh, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Advanced Diabetes Education Professional credential, such as CDCES or BC-ADM, or eligibility for certification.
- At least 2 years of experience coordinating and conducting patient education on the technical use of diabetes technology.
- Clinical expertise in diabetes, diabetes technology, automated insulin delivery, and diabetes management software.
- Strong communication and presentation skills for working with patients and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to travel at least 80%, maintain a valid driver’s license, required auto insurance, and a good driving record; U.S. work authorization is required and sponsorship is not available.
Nice to have
- Experience providing diabetes technology education through video or remote channels.
- At least 1 year of related diabetes or endocrinology industry experience.
