Salary: $115,000 - $135,000

What you will do

  • Create and maintain standardized sales messaging frameworks, value statements, and terminology across all divisions.
  • Deliver Selling Skills courses for both new hires and experienced sales representatives.
  • Develop implementation plans, scopes of work, and long-term sustainment strategies to support sales effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with Curriculum Development, Clinical, and Marketing teams to create cohesive sales aids and language.
  • Track and report sales performance KPIs such as win rates, close rates, and deal size using Salesforce.
  • Participate in field travel to obtain feedback on customer and market trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 6+ years of successful sales experience.
  • Proven experience launching or implementing a sales methodology or sales process.
  • Background in adult learning methodologies and experience facilitating sales training.
  • Proficiency in using and analyzing Salesforce or similar CRM application data.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel 25%+.
