TL;DR
Growth Account Manager (MedTech SaaS): Managing and expanding a portfolio of 50-75 customer accounts to drive ARR growth through upsells and renewals with an accent on strategic account management and consultative selling. Focus on deepening customer relationships, mitigating churn, and ensuring seamless transitions from sales to long-term success.
Location: Remote (US) or Boston. Must have an eligible work permit in the USA to be considered
Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 OTE

What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of 50-75 customer accounts, fostering long-term relationships and providing excellent service.
- Drive ARR growth by identifying and executing upsell opportunities for products and services.
- Own the end-to-end renewal process, partnering with CSMs to mitigate churn and secure timely renewals.
- Engage regularly with customers to understand needs and provide updates via quarterly newsletters.
- Collaborate with Growth Account Executives for smooth handoffs and with CSMs for strategic account expansion.
- Maintain accurate records in HubSpot and PlanHat.
Requirements
- 2–5+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Inside Sales, ideally in SaaS.
- Proven track record of upselling and expanding existing customer accounts.
- Ability to create pipeline and conduct effective discovery.
- Eligible work permit in the USA is required.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills.
- Excellent numeracy skills for sales calculations.
Nice to have
- Experience in MedTech or healthcare.
- Training in enterprise sales methodology.
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
- Exposure to data-driven products or analytics platforms.
