What you will do

• Build and execute partnership strategies, including team training, joint operations, and stakeholder alignment.
• Manage the full partnership lifecycle from launch through expansion and renewal.
• Represent customer needs and develop joint solutions with financial services organizations.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and go-to-market teams to deliver customer outcomes.
• Define success metrics, KPIs, reporting, and operational processes for partnerships.
• Build executive relationships, support multi-million-dollar contracts, and guide generative AI strategy.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in a front-office finance position.
• Outstanding project management and communication skills.
• Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and action-oriented approach.
• Ability to balance creative problem-solving with practical execution.
• Ability to work hands-on with users and collaborate across product, engineering, and GTM functions.
• Ability to work on-site in New York City.
