Salary: $179,000–$185,000, plus bonus eligibility based on individual and company performance.

What you will do

• Lead annual strategic planning and develop the vision and messaging for key initiatives.
• Coordinate operating rhythms, leadership meetings, Monthly Operating Reviews, strategic deep dives, and follow-up actions.
• Manage governance structures, Shared Services Charters, Joint Operating Committees, and cross-functional dependencies.
• Monitor industry trends, competitive activity, analyst reports, mergers and acquisitions, and market opportunities.
• Develop performance metrics, analyze organizational results, and deliver actionable reporting for leadership decisions.
• Prepare executive, Board, and external stakeholder presentations while managing strategic relationships and crisis response support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field required; a master’s degree is preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in strategy, strategic operations, chief of staff, business transformation, consulting, or a related function.
• 5+ years of leadership experience.
• Experience leading enterprise strategic planning, cross-functional initiatives, executive communications, and governance.
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication, organizational leadership, influence, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to support executive decision-making through strategic analysis and lead alignment across diverse stakeholders.
