Senior Product Line Leader (AI)

Location: Newark, California, or remote within the United States; occasional travel to customer sites and industry events is required.

Salary: $160,000–$187,000 base pay, plus bonus eligibility and benefits.

What you will do

• Own the flash storage product portfolio, roadmap, market expansion, and complete product lifecycle.
• Develop market, competitor, and pricing strategies using NAND and memory market analysis.
• Translate enterprise, industrial, and OEM customer needs into product requirement documents.
• Represent strategic customers while coordinating with NAND suppliers, controller vendors, engineering, sales, and manufacturing.
• Drive hardware, firmware, documentation, certification, supply-chain, and production readiness for product releases.
• Manage component transitions, end-of-life strategies, and product change notifications.

Requirements

• 10–15+ years of progressive experience in product management, product marketing, or engineering.
• Proven experience managing full hardware product lifecycles.
• Deep expertise in the semiconductor, memory, or enterprise SSD storage industry.
• Technical knowledge of NAND flash architectures, controller firmware, PCIe/NVMe, SATA, eMMC, USB, and memory market dynamics.
• Strong proficiency in applying generative AI tools and agentic frameworks to business problems.
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, or a related technical field; an MBA is highly preferred.
