Sr. Product Line Leader (AI Storage)

Location: Newark, California, United States, or remote within the United States. Occasional travel to customer sites and industry events is required.

Base pay: $160,000–$187,000 per year, plus bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Own the flash storage product portfolio, roadmap, and full hardware product lifecycle across AI factory, datacenter, industrial, enterprise, and custom OEM markets.
• Analyze NAND market trends, memory pricing, and competitors to develop pricing strategies, negotiate NRE costs, and improve product margins.
• Translate customer requirements into product requirement documents for internally developed flash products, custom form factors, and enterprise storage solutions.
• Act as the voice of strategic customers and coordinate with NAND suppliers and controller vendors on firmware capabilities and hardware roadmaps.
• Coordinate hardware, firmware, documentation, certifications, manufacturing, supply chain, and PCB constraints to support on-time product releases.
• Manage component changes, end-of-life transitions, and product change notifications for stakeholders and global sales teams.

Requirements

• 10–15+ years of progressive experience in product management, product marketing, or engineering with full hardware product lifecycle ownership.
• Deep semiconductor, memory, or enterprise SSD storage industry expertise.
• Technical knowledge of NAND flash architectures, controller firmware, PCIe/NVMe, SATA, eMMC, USB, and memory market dynamics.
• Experience supporting AI factory or datacenter product portfolios.
• Strong proficiency with generative AI tools and agentic frameworks for business applications.
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, or a related technical field; an MBA is highly preferred.
