Product Operations Manager

Location: Remote within the United States; hubs in Miami, New York, Seattle, and Washington DC

Base salary: $215,000–$260,000 per year, plus equity and bonus opportunities.

What you will do

• Administer and configure product roadmapping and portfolio management platforms, including workspaces, workflows, scorecards, and permissions.
• Connect product management platforms with engineering work-tracking systems and maintain integrations across roadmap, delivery, feedback, and CRM tools.
• Build dashboards, reports, and product operations metrics covering roadmap status, delivery progress, portfolio health, cycle time, and tool adoption.
• Design repeatable intake, prioritization, planning, and roadmap review processes, templates, playbooks, and checklists.
• Run planning and reporting cadences while connecting company strategy with product execution and surfacing delivery drift.
• Facilitate collaboration and handoffs between Product, Engineering, Design, Finance, Sales/RevOps, GTM, and Business Intelligence.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Product Operations, Business or Sales Operations, Product Analysis, or Product Management.
• Hands-on experience with a product roadmapping or PPM tool such as Aha!, Productboard, or Jira Product Discovery, plus a work-tracking tool such as Jira, Linear, or Azure DevOps.
• Experience building dashboards and reports with PPM tools, Tableau, Looker, Google Sheets, or Excel; SQL knowledge is useful.
• Experience designing and documenting repeatable intake, prioritization, and planning processes.
• Working knowledge of PDLC and SDLC processes, roadmaps, backlogs, sprints, and prioritization frameworks such as RICE or WSJF.
• Strong analytical, documentation, communication, facilitation, and autonomous problem-solving skills, with comfort using LLM-based tools to optimize workflows and research.
