Sr. Product Manager, Agentic Coverage - Falcon Guardian (Hybrid)

Location: USA - Sunnyvale, CA. Hybrid work requires 2–3 days per week on-site at one of the posted locations.

Base salary: $140,000–$215,000 per year for U.S. candidates, plus potential bonuses, equity grants, and benefits.

What you will do

• Own the agentic coverage roadmap across coding agents, desktop assistants, enterprise copilots, browser-based agents, agent frameworks, and emerging runtimes.
• Define supported coverage across discovery, inventory, session reconstruction, prompt and response visibility, and enforcement.
• Improve identification of known and previously unenumerated agents using self-defining and heuristic approaches.
• Own coverage for MCP servers, skills, tools, models, packages, and their associated risk assessment.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, data science, design, detection, red teaming, policy, platform, managed services, and threat hunting teams.
• Lead customer and executive discussions, prioritize backlogs, support sales enablement, and make trade-offs between coverage breadth, depth, and delivery speed.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in cybersecurity, AI/ML, or emerging technology.
• Strong knowledge of AI agents, agent frameworks, MCP, LLM tooling, and enterprise deployments.
• Technical understanding of agent execution, observable artifacts, telemetry, and control mechanisms.
• Experience owning a defined area of an existing enterprise product and working with engineering teams on complex technical problems.
• Experience with inventory, policy, or enforcement surfaces in enterprise security products and with rapidly changing technology markets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to influence across functions and organizational levels.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with coding agents, agentic IDEs, or agent orchestration frameworks.
• Familiarity with MCP, A2A, agent identity, and emerging agentic protocols.
• Understanding of LLM security, prompt injection, and AI-specific attack vectors.
• Background in endpoint security, application control, software supply chain security, policy engines, or real-time evaluation systems.
• Knowledge of AI governance, responsible AI, or model risk management frameworks.
