Sr. Manager, AI Product Owner, GTM Applications

Location: USA - Remote, AZ

Base salary: $145,000–$220,000 per year, with eligibility for bonuses and equity grants.

What you will do

• Own the AI product roadmap for go-to-market applications, aligning priorities with business OKRs and AI strategy.
• Identify AI opportunities across Lead-to-Cash, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success processes through workshops, ideation sessions, and executive collaboration.
• Define and prioritize backlogs for autonomous agents, AI-assisted workflows, and LLM integrations.
• Translate business needs into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
• Define AI KPIs covering model accuracy, task completion, hallucination rates, ROI, privacy, fairness, and responsible use.
• Champion prompt engineering, context-window optimization, AI-ready data, automation-first thinking, and AI adoption across GTM IT.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 8+ years of product management experience, including at least 2 years in enterprise SaaS or GTM technology focused on AI.
• Experience delivering AI or automation products end to end.
• Strong understanding of Lead-to-Cash, CPQ, CRM, and marketing automation processes.
• Hands-on familiarity with agentic AI, LLMs, AI workflow platforms, RAG architecture, prompt engineering, and LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and AWS Bedrock.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and cross-functional engineering teams, with comfort working with probabilistic AI features.

Nice to have

• Experience in Go-to-Market IT, high-growth SaaS, or cybersecurity.
• Experience with Amazon Bedrock, Salesforce Agentforce, and GCP product features.
• Familiarity with MCP and agent interoperability standards.
