Senior Principal Product Manager (AI/ML)

Location: New York, NY; hybrid schedule requiring 3 days per week in the office

New York base salary: $232,000–$242,500 per year

What you will do

• Own the hirify.global Create product roadmap from concept through launch and ship an MVP that enables anyone to launch a restaurant in under 15 minutes.
• Define creator-focused product solutions including branded packaging personalization, custom sauce formulations, and dynamic menu pricing.
• Partner with AI engineering, robotics, culinary operations, design, and engineering teams to make complex features reliable and easy to use.
• Develop marketplace mechanics covering creator discovery, pricing optimization, earnings transparency, quality feedback, and platform fees.
• Establish metrics, run experiments, analyze product performance, and iterate toward product-market fit.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience, ideally in consumer technology, marketplace platforms, or creator economy products.
• Experience shipping 0-to-1 products that reached meaningful scale.
• Strong technical fluency for partnering with AI/ML and robotics engineers.
• Experience designing AI-powered workflows that make sophisticated capabilities simple and intuitive.
• Ability to define and validate business models, including unit economics, with finance and operations teams.
• Experience with user research, cross-functional product delivery, data-driven decision-making, metrics frameworks, and experimentation.

Nice to have

• Background in consumer technology, marketplace platforms, or creator economy products.
• Experience working in startup environments and defining new product categories.
