Agentic Solution Architect (AI)

What you will do

• Shape the technical direction of a production-grade autonomous agentic platform.
• Design reusable agentic engineering patterns, contracts, interfaces, workflows, and delivery slices.
• Drive implementation across agent workflows, MCP tools, context pipelines, orchestration patterns, and platform services.
• Partner with architects, product owners, executives, engineers, and clients to turn business goals into technical systems and execution plans.
• Set engineering standards for testing, observability, documentation, operational readiness, and workflow governance.
• Hire, mentor, and guide technical teams while using metrics and benchmarking to improve platform reliability and delivery quality.

Requirements

• Experience designing software architectures and translating complex requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Python, TypeScript or JavaScript, React, Node, REST/OpenAPI, MCP integration, vector databases, retrieval architectures, knowledge graphs, cloud-native deployment, CI/CD, observability, and automated testing.
• Experience with AI/ML engineering and LLM-based systems, including agentic workflows, retrieval and indexing, context engineering, evaluation frameworks, and model orchestration.
• Strong foundations in microservices, C4 modeling, design patterns, and contract-first engineering.
• Ability to guide complex technical decisions, manage delivery risks, and balance latency, cost, quality, scalability, and reliability.
• Fluent English communication and the ability to align engineering, product, executive, and client stakeholders.
