What you will do

  • Qualify inbound leads and identify new outbound prospects through cold calling, email, and social outreach.
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads to support the EMEA sales team.
  • Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers to ensure a smooth transition of qualified opportunities.
  • Deliver weekly reports on lead-generation activities and conversion rates.
  • Participate in weekly sales training and team meetings to share knowledge and improve strategies.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English (C1) and at least one of the following: Polish, Czech, Dutch, German, Italian, Spanish, or Arabic.
  • Must be based in Cork, Ireland.
  • Proven track record of success in lead generation or prospecting.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Strong communication skills for cold calling and social outreach.

Nice to have

  • Multilingual candidates are prioritized.
  • Experience in the SaaS or technology sector.
