TL;DR
IT Analyst (IT Support): Providing Level 1 and 2 support for onsite employees and a global remote workforce, with an accent on hardware, SaaS tools, office technology, and device lifecycle management. Focus on resolving complex access and account issues, maintaining conference room and network equipment, and improving onboarding, offboarding, and IT service operations.
Location: New York City office; onsite attendance is required five days a week.
Salary: $60–$70 per hour

What you will do
- Provide Level 1 and 2 technical support for onsite employees and remote team members worldwide.
- Triage and resolve hardware, software, account, and access-related tickets.
- Maintain office technology, including A/V systems, conference rooms, printers, and network equipment.
- Manage asset inventory and the complete device lifecycle from procurement through retirement.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding, device setup, and access management.
- Contribute to IT projects, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of hands-on IT support experience in fast-paced environments.
- Experience supporting macOS devices and SaaS business tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive work style.
- Excellent communication skills and a calm, customer-focused approach.
- Availability to work onsite in the New York City office five days per week.
