What you will do

• Own and evolve the partner marketing strategy for the Brazilian market.
• Execute Email and WhatsApp CRM campaigns focused on commercial conversions, partner engagement, and brand value.
• Define the editorial and creative direction for the Partner Instagram channel, including posts and stories.
• Create briefs for design and copy teams and coordinate content production.
• Map, attract, negotiate with, and manage influencers and Key Opinion Leaders for collaborative campaigns.
• Track CRM, social, and KOL KPIs and use performance insights to optimize content and campaigns.

Requirements

• Proven experience in content marketing and copywriting across social media and CRM channels.
• Experience briefing creative teams and producing marketing assets.
• Experience mapping, negotiating with, and managing influencers or KOLs.
• Strong analytical skills for tracking conversions, engagement, reach, and other campaign metrics.
• Practical experience deploying Email and WhatsApp campaigns through CRM tools without requiring complex technical automation setup.
• Fluent Portuguese and advanced or fluent English are mandatory; execution is focused 100% on the Brazilian market.

Nice to have

• Practical experience using generative AI tools such as Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, or Midjourney in marketing workflows.
