What you will do

• Develop and execute the retail growth strategy for the Brazilian market.
• Build growth initiatives across partnerships, product-led programs, communities, local campaigns, and relevant acquisition channels.
• Manage influencer and KOL relationships, including selection, negotiation, execution, and performance tracking.
• Lead local PR, events, sponsorships, and offline activations to increase brand awareness and user growth.
• Define KPIs, analyze performance, and turn data into measurable growth actions.
• Manage budgets, partners, stakeholders, and multiple workstreams while applying AI tools to research, experimentation, personalization, and operational workflows.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in marketing or growth within a fast-paced industry.
• Strong familiarity with AI tools and their practical use in analysis, experimentation, personalization, and productivity.
• Data-driven, results-oriented approach with the ability to translate insights into measurable business outcomes.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, organization, and project management skills.
• Passion for crypto, blockchain technology, and digital assets.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English is required; flexibility across multiple time zones is expected.
