hirify.global is hiring for a client operating a U.S.-based e-commerce and live-selling business across TikTok, Amazon, and Whatnot.

What you will do

• Manage content calendars, publishing schedules, and content repurposing across TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
• Research trends, viral hooks, creators, partnerships, and audience growth opportunities.
• Support the growth and engagement of the Live Seller Community and educational platform.
• Coordinate TikTok Live and Whatnot livestream schedules, logistics, and related creator activities.
• Respond to customer and community inquiries through chat and email across TikTok, Whatnot, Kajabi, and other channels.
• Maintain marketing trackers, inventory records, podcast schedules, follow-ups, and internal documentation.

Requirements

• Experience using social platforms such as TikTok and X, with experience managing content calendars and publishing workflows.
• Basic understanding of content marketing, audience growth, and social media engagement.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, follow-through, and independent work skills.
• Experience with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
• Strong written English communication skills and availability during U.S. Central Time business hours.
• Must work remotely from Latin America and have reliable internet and a professional remote setup.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting founders, creators, influencers, or personal brands.
• Experience with e-commerce, online selling, communities, or membership businesses.
• Familiarity with TikTok Live, Whatnot, Kajabi, Amazon, or Homebase.
• Customer support, community management, SOP documentation, or creator marketing experience.
