What you will do

• Take ownership of first-level IT support and resolve day-to-day issues across devices, tools, and access.
• Independently set up laptops and accounts for new joiners to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
• Manage user accounts and access permissions within Microsoft 365 and Entra ID.
• Track IT equipment and ensure all hardware is up to date and ready for use.
• Maintain and troubleshoot meeting room setups and internal technical infrastructure.

Requirements

• Currently studying IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of IT systems such as Windows and macOS.
• Proactive, hands-on approach with a strong sense of ownership.
• Confidence in troubleshooting and figuring out technical solutions independently.
• Must be located in Munich to support the hybrid work model.
