Location: Hybrid role based in downtown Kansas City, Missouri, with onsite work roughly one day per week or more when required. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States or Canada without sponsorship; U.S. visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $70,000–$90,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Provide infrastructure support for office networks, laptops, mobile devices, and related hardware.
• Analyze requirements and recommend efficient, scalable, and maintainable technical solutions.
• Build AI-driven workflows and automations using tools such as Cursor, ChatGPT/Codex, Claude, or Gemini.
• Maintain IT support documentation, service-level metrics, backup and recovery processes, and data resiliency.
• Manage network projects and resolve complex corporate network, hardware, and software issues.
• Collaborate with business teams on technology initiatives, communicate project updates, and support continuous improvement.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in a junior or similar IT role.
• Basic knowledge of a scripting language such as Python.
• Intermediate experience with AI applications and at least one commercial AI tool.
• Intermediate knowledge of Apple hardware and macOS and/or Windows hardware and operating systems.
• Intermediate understanding of cloud computing, SaaS, network architecture, network administration, and security concepts.
• Experience with compliance standards, data resiliency, mobile device management, collaboration tools, and/or identity and access management.

Nice to have

• Advanced development, scripting, AI development, or automation experience.
• Experience with multiple commercial AI tools.
• Robust Windows and UNIX/Linux experience.
• Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field, and/or relevant certifications.
