Sr. Account Director

Location: Houston, Atlanta, Dallas, or Alexandria, USA

Salary: $195,500–$230,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage client relationships and align real estate services with client business goals and strategies.
• Set account vision, strategy, service-line objectives, and performance metrics.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across facility management, project and development services, space management, transaction management, portfolio administration, and workplace strategy.
• Govern contract delivery, service quality, account risk, dispute resolution, and client experience.
• Manage account P&L, profitability, contract renewals, service expansion, and cross-selling opportunities.
• Develop account talent through mentoring, performance reviews, succession planning, and collaboration with HR and business partners.

Requirements

• Leadership and organization design and management skills.
• Client relationship management and business acumen.
• Strong oral, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Experience working in matrix organizations and with cross-functional business partners.
• Ability to apply quantitative and qualitative analytics to evidence-based decision-making.
• Work location must be one of the listed USA locations: Houston, Atlanta, Dallas, or Alexandria.
