What you will do
- Supervise, mentor, and develop Property Managers and Senior Property Managers while supporting staffing, onboarding, succession planning, and performance management.
- Oversee operational quality, property audits, SOC I procedures, contract compliance, and implementation of property management best practices.
- Review property budgets, capital budgets, monthly financial packages, and tenant CAM reconciliations for accuracy and timely submission.
- Lead property transitions and support vendor management, building inspections, tenant relations, client meetings, and capital projects.
- Maintain strong client relationships and assist with business development pitches and departmental training.
- Serve on the leadership team for the assigned city or region and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- 10+ years of commercial property management experience.
- Leadership experience at the GM or VP level with a proven record of staff development and mentorship.
- Financial expertise, including operating and capital budgets, owner reporting, and tenant CAM reconciliations.
- Experience with real estate software such as Yardi, MRI, Kardin, AvidXchange, IMPAK, or similar systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, time management, problem-solving, multitasking, and best-practice implementation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred; CPM or RPA designation, or progress toward one, is preferred.

- Mastery of Excel and advanced MS Office proficiency.
