What you will do

• Evaluate and enhance client AML and financial crime compliance programs for regulatory compliance.
• Design and improve AML processes, controls, and compliance frameworks.
• Support AML execution, remediation activities, and targeted business initiatives.
• Define business and system requirements, project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Manage project teams of 2–20 members and oversee delivery within scope, budget, and schedule.
• Engage senior stakeholders and provide strategic guidance on AML regulations and best practices.

Requirements

• 10+ years of consulting or project management experience.
• 5+ years of experience in financial crimes, including AML, sanctions, fraud, or anti-corruption.
• 5+ years of experience managing teams.
• Strong project management, organizational, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Subject matter expertise in BSA/AML regulations and proficiency with PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to simplify complex problems into actionable steps.
