What you will do

• Conduct individual, group, intake, readmission, and follow-up counseling sessions for patients with substance use disorders.
• Assess patients' social, educational, economic, and vocational needs and develop or revise treatment plans.
• Provide crisis intervention, referrals, follow-up services, and coordination with community providers.
• Maintain comprehensive clinical records and documentation while following program, regulatory, and accreditation requirements.
• Support OBOT services, program implementation, caseload management, and staff in-service training.
• Participate in meetings, conferences, community activities, and required professional training.

Requirements

• Master's or bachelor's degree in a related Human Services field.
• CSW, CADC, or TCADC qualification, with compliance with applicable certification, licensure, and degree requirements.
• Knowledge of human behavior, substance abuse populations, treatment planning, and human social services.
• Ability to make sound decisions and handle confidential and sensitive matters appropriately.
• Ability to respond effectively in stressful situations and seek supervisory guidance when needed.
• Behavioral health experience is preferred but not required.
