Location: Onsite in Dallas, Texas, USA; Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM.

What you will do

• Lead assigned production employees and coordinate daily manufacturing work for relay and control panel projects.
• Delegate assignments based on team members’ skills and experience, and support training and orientation for new hires.
• Assist with technical issues, advanced assignments, and department-level problem resolution.
• Inspect completed work and ensure assemblies and sub-assemblies meet quality requirements.
• Track labor time, materials, and resources for inventory purposes.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production area while completing hands-on assembly work as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least four years of experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or a related field.
• Previous experience leading a team of employees.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, delegation, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Knowledge of manufacturing, equipment maintenance, and safety management; ability to interpret written instructions, blueprints, and engineering diagrams.
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, perform repetitive tasks, and lift, push, or pull up to 35 pounds while wearing required PPE.
