What you will do

• Direct assigned production resources to ensure optimum manufacturing performance.
• Manage hourly direct labor team members on the night shift.
• Minimize operational costs while achieving high levels of quality and delivery.
• Coordinate with cross-functional departments to optimize use of manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Drive productivity improvement initiatives and continuous improvement across the shift.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in Marshall, TX
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• 3-5 years of experience in a team-based manufacturing setting.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office and manufacturing systems.
• Demonstrated ability to lead hourly employees and enforce safety, quality, and production standards.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Nice to have

• Experience in wire, cable, extrusion, or related manufacturing environments.
• Experience working in a unionized manufacturing environment.
• Experience in continuous-process or high-volume manufacturing.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Manufacturing, or Industrial Technology.
