• Operate and monitor shredding, grinding, extruding, and pelletizing equipment.
• Maintain machine settings within established Standard Operating Condition parameters.
• Ensure production output rates are achieved and accurately documented.
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on equipment.
• Maintain 5S standards in all work areas.
• Assist and train co-workers to foster effective teamwork.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand for 12-hour shifts.
• Basic computer, math, reading, and writing skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot process-related issues.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Willingness to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as scheduled.
