Salary: $21.68 - $29.81 per hour

What you will do

• Oversee and delegate work assignments to a team of panel wiremen based on skills and experience.
• Inspect team performance and provide technical guidance on complex wiring or assembly issues.
• Track project resources, materials, and time to ensure alignment with production schedules.
• Coordinate with other departments and the continuity test team to meet manufacturing deadlines.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and ensure adherence to company standards.
• Perform hands-on assembly and wiring tasks as needed to support project completion.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 4 years of experience in manufacturing or electrical wiring.
• Prior experience in effectively leading a team of employees.
• Ability to interpret and follow blueprints and engineering diagrams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 35 pounds and perform repetitive physical tasks.
