What you will do

• Coordinate daily repair plans and resource requirements for the facility department.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on building systems and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Provide performance feedback to team members through formal and informal evaluations.
• Communicate production or customer service issues and manage daily operational plans.
• Ensure a clean, safe work environment and serve as the primary contact for scrap-related process issues.
• Utilize blueprints and equipment manuals to plan and execute complex repairs.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent; trade school program completion preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in preventative maintenance or a related field.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and mechanical/technical troubleshooting.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including climbing ladders, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA (no sponsorship available).
