What you will do

• Administer and communicate company policies and procedures to shop floor associates.
• Lead, mentor, and guide team members while resolving conflicts on the shop floor.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to maintain production flow.
• Coordinate activities between logistics and maintenance groups.
• Drive quality and cost-saving initiatives to meet operational goals.
• Perform clerical tasks, including time-keeping and record-keeping.

Requirements

• High School/GED Diploma is required.
• 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing.
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and manufacturing systems.
• Ability to use measuring equipment (OD tapes, calibers, micrometers).
• Ability to stand for 8-12 hours on concrete floors.

Nice to have

• Associate's degree in Business Administration, Engineering Technology, or a related technical discipline.
• Exposure to Lean manufacturing principles.
