What you will do

• Define and drive the technical vision for the Content Platform with a product-first mindset.
• Architect and develop an AI-driven agentic platform for generating marketing campaigns and content.
• Lead the full development lifecycle, including design, implementation, testing, experimentation, and deployment.
• Improve the scalability, efficiency, availability, and quality of CMS, no-code, rendering, and microservice infrastructure.
• Partner with engineering, marketing, creative, design, and product stakeholders to deliver business impact.
• Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership through code and design reviews.

Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• Expertise in backend systems and large-scale service-oriented architecture.
• Hands-on experience architecting and developing agentic systems.
• Experience with Java or Kotlin, LangGraph, GraphQL, relational and NoSQL databases, Redis, and microservice architecture.
• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication skills and experience driving initiatives across teams, departments, and leadership.
