Salary: $146,000 - $204,500

What you will do

• Design and implement low-latency risk decisioning (signals, rules, models) and automated remediation systems.
• Build and operate agentic workflows and multi-agent systems to automate and reimagine manual operational processes.
• Apply AI-assisted SDLC practices across design, code generation, and automated test generation.
• Modernize the platform using streaming data pipelines, microservices, and configuration-driven controls.
• Implement SLOs, observability, and safety mechanisms to ensure security, privacy, and compliance.
• Mentor other engineers and champion the adoption of AI within the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of software engineering experience, including shipping Gen AI and agentic systems to production.
• Proficiency in a modern programming language, system design (LLD), API design, and AI data modeling.
• Experience with distributed cloud-native engineering (AWS, GCP, or Azure), microservices, and data streaming (Kafka, Flink, Spark).
• Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) and prompt management.
• Experience with LLM frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, Langfuse) and RAG-based architecture (LlamaIndex, Pinecone).

Nice to have

• Track record of automating operational processes with agentic systems.
• Experience in marketplace, travel, or e-commerce domains.
• Knowledge of graph/sequence modeling, entity resolution, and behavioral signals.
• Experience with cloud cost/performance tuning and capacity planning.
