What you will do

• Act as the primary interface between customers and the organization to ensure program execution meets agreed expectations.
• Understand customer needs, represent customer interests, and maintain trusted relationships throughout the program lifecycle.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams across complex programs and multiple stakeholders.
• Manage operational scope, quality, timelines, and costs across the full program lifecycle.
• Partner with account management and sales to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Apply global program management standards and maintain accurate data in Planview.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Life Sciences, such as Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of project or program management experience in biotech, pharma, CDMO, or a related industry.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional programs involving multiple stakeholders.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, is required.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, relationship-building, strategic, and organizational skills.
• Ability to balance long-term objectives with operational demands.
