What you will do

• Lead cross-functional teams to execute integrated global development strategies for in vivo CAR-T programs.
• Design efficient development pathways to maximize speed to proof-of-concept, pivotal development, and global approvals.
• Manage critical regulatory interactions and ensure readiness for IND, CTA, and BLA/MAA submissions.
• Chair Global Program Teams and align Research, Clinical Development, Regulatory, and Manufacturing functions.
• Present strategies, risks, and investment analyses to executive leadership and governance committees.
• Mentor program management and cross-functional team members to build a high-performance, patient-focused culture.

Requirements

• MD, PhD, or PharmD required.
• Minimum 10+ years of biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry experience in drug development.
• Minimum 5+ years of leadership experience managing complex, global development programs.
• Demonstrated success advancing biologics, cell therapies, or gene therapies through clinical development.
• Deep understanding of global drug development and registration pathways.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (E-Verify participant).
