What you will do

• Manage end-to-end project execution and assume overall ownership of client program success.
• Cultivate client relationships through detailed attention, leadership, and proactive communication.
• Ensure all projects remain within scope and budget and are delivered on time.
• Maintain comprehensive program tracking reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Lead project kickoff, planning, and status meetings to align on goals and next steps.
• Coordinate logistics for onsite and virtual meetings in accordance with regulatory and client compliance guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of four years of progressively responsible project and process management experience.
• Experience within a healthcare or medical education environment (strongly preferred).
• Proven experience executing live or virtual pharma and non-accredited promo events.
• Ability to travel approximately 40% of the time.
• Ability to cover occasional evening or weekend events.
