What you will do

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) providing leadership and support based on program business rules.
• Conduct on-the-job training for new and existing team members.
• Resolve escalated customer issues and manage task assignments in the supervisor's absence.
• Develop and maintain work processes, SOPs, and training materials.
• Ensure program goals and KPIs are met while maintaining strict compliance with policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with IT to test and implement program enhancements.

Requirements

• Must be based in Chesterfield, MO, USA.
• High School Diploma (6+ years exp) or Associate's Degree (4+ years exp).
• 2+ years of call center/operations experience in a pharma or payer setting.
• 2+ years of experience within hirify.global.
• Ability to obtain a pharmacy technician registration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
