Salary: $214,000–$292,000 Annual

What you will do

• Serve as the senior operational proxy to the Global Program Head, co-owning integrated program strategy and corporate objectives.
• Lead GPT meeting design, decision rights, and communication pathways to ensure organizational effectiveness.
• Manage critical path activities, integrated timelines, resource plans, and program budgets across all functions.
• Oversee Life Cycle Management (LCM) activities and Health Authority submissions (IND, NDA, JNDA, MAA, BLA).
• Support the Respiratory Diagnosis Expansion team as an embedded PM to ensure structured execution.
• Mentor and develop program management talent to strengthen organizational execution capacity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in scientific, medical, or business discipline.
• 15+ years of Program/Project Management experience in biotech or biopharmaceutical environments.
• Proven track record of leading drug programs from development through commercialization and regulatory submissions.
• Experience within Global Program Teams (GPTs) or similar matrix operating models.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Bridgewater, NJ office (Hybrid).
• Executive presence and ability to influence at the C-suite level.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree (Ph.D., Pharm.D., M.D., or MBA).
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Background in rare disease or respiratory therapeutics.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Smartsheet, Veeva, and SharePoint.
