What you will do

• Lead strategic initiatives that drive significant impact on the company and overall product portfolio.
• Define and communicate a compelling product vision to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Develop and execute market positioning strategies to ensure competitive differentiation.
• Design scalable solutions for complex product challenges and leverage advanced analytics for strategic decision-making.
• Mentor junior product managers and team members to foster a culture of continuous learning.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
• Proven experience working within a SaaS environment.
• Strong technical aptitude, including fluency with REST APIs, payloads, and data models.
• Proficiency in product management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Aha!.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Must be based in Sydney to support a hybrid work arrangement.

Nice to have

• MBA or an advanced degree.
• Experience with payroll systems, employment legislation, awards/EBAs, or pay compliance.
