Senior Product Manager (SaaS)

What you will do

• Lead product initiatives with significant strategic impact across the product portfolio.
• Define product vision and align multiple teams and departments around strategic goals.
• Develop market positioning and competitive differentiation strategies.
• Design scalable solutions to complex product challenges and use advanced analytics to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage stakeholders, mentor junior product managers, and proactively mitigate product risks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Approximately 3–5 years of product management experience, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• Proficiency with product management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Aha!
• Technical aptitude, including reading API documentation, understanding data models, and collaborating with engineering teams.
• Experience using and troubleshooting REST APIs, interpreting payloads, and understanding system integrations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, ownership, and stakeholder-management skills.

Nice to have

• MBA or another advanced degree.
• Knowledge of payroll systems, employment legislation, awards or EBAs, and pay compliance.
