AI Product Manager

Location: Hybrid in San Francisco, with at least 3 days per week in the downtown SF office

Salary: $180,000–$210,000 USD base salary, plus equity

What you will do

• Own and evolve the core AI-powered Autocapture product experience.
• Define product vision and roadmap using customer, market, revenue, and business-metric insights.
• Solve 0→1 problems around understanding work, identifying what should be documented, and creating useful knowledge for people and AI agents.
• Partner with Engineering and Design from ideation through launch while maintaining a high product-quality bar.
• Represent customer and market needs across the company, including with executives and the user community.
• Measure release impact and use data to guide future product decisions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience building SaaS products.
• Strong product judgment and experience creating simple, intuitive experiences from complex technology.
• Hands-on interest in AI tools, models, and prototypes, with the ability to assess AI product experiences.
• Ability to turn ambiguous problems into hypotheses, decisions, and shipped product increments.
• Experience owning company-level OKRs and focusing on measurable outcomes.
• Ability to work autonomously, define problems and roadmaps, and defend decisions through calculated trade-offs.
